Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products and online courses including PDF downloads, checklists, toolkits and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment Information

All transactions for purchase of online courses, intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, checklists, toolkits and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Digital Products Sales are Final

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on clikresults.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
However, we offer a 14 days refund policy, as stated below.
ClikResults reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

ClikResults’ Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on ClikResults can be refunded within 14 days, after sale provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below.

Our 14-day policy

While our 14-day refund policy is to allow users to learn risk free, we must also protect ourselves from fraud. This allows us to offer quality content at a lower price. Payments are considered final after 14 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

Additional reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

A significant portion of the course or content has been consumed or downloaded by the user, before the refund was requested.
Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
Excessive refunds have been requested by the same user.
Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms.
We do not grant refunds for any subscription or consultancy services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information).

These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Credit only refunds

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using “credits”, provided it otherwise meets our 14-day refund policy.

If your course purchase is only eligible for a credit refund, this will be indicated on the refund page.

Refunds for Business Levels Courses and Challenges

ClikResults’ Business Level courses, Challenges and those including a Consultancy/support component are only eligible for a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, if the “live”/support/consultancy component has not yet started. Refunds or partial refunds may be available unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you do not receive the digital product link or course access upon purchasing, you can immediately contact [email protected] with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

  • the order number of the product you want to refund
  • a refund reason so that we may evaluate and improve
